I can't download the app because my phone is too old, and will not update to the iOS needed to support the app. I don't know if anyone else has this problem. Maybe there's nothing you can do, or maybe there's a work-around (uploading the Live onto the normal substack page like a normal more-to-say after it's finished perhaps? I can watch the more-to-says just fine). I would still love to hear the discussion.

They don't have a way to contact support that I've found, but I did add my outraged voice to one of their blog posts about having to use the app for live video.
