Everything we do here at Pantsuit Politics is driven by community and connection. The conversations on the podcast are always just the starting point of what we hope is a bigger and wider conversation once the show is over. We read every email you send us to tell us your story or experience. We watch in awe as the community engages on Patreon over the nuances of policy and ideas. We are constantly searching for ways to foster and feed that connection because our community is truly one of the best on the internet.
This newsletter has always been a fundamental part of that connection, but it has always felt a bit one-sided. For a long time, social media was able to fill that hole. Alas, social media is increasingly about consumption, not connection (with the possible exception of our Facebook Gathering Place!), and we wanted a better way for people to connect and comment on the newsletter
📦 We’ve moved to Substack!
📦 Now, you can comment on whatever idea, listener feedback, or PLAYLIST(!!!) we’ve shared in the newsletter.
📦 You can also easily share these posts ANDDDDDD search, revisit, and share old newsletters at our Archives! We will slowly migrate our entire newsletter archive here, but - for now - 2024 is here.
📦 Substack Notes will also be a way for us to share short-form thoughts and finally move away from the platform formerly known as Twitter.
📦 Substack also provides a way for you to financially support the show if you don’t want additional audio content. The podcast industry is experiencing a massive drop in advertising revenue, which has dramatically affected our small business. Supporting Pantsuit Politics financially helps us continue to provide the show twice a week for free in the main feed!
Thank you so much for subscribing to this newsletter and faithfully reading it every week. Our efforts at connection matter because this community is so wonderful. We look forward to continuing the conversation with you.
